What is UFAC?
UFAC stays for "Underfloor Air Conditioning".
By this concept the air used for conditioning the space is distributed through an open floor void. Usually, in office buildings, a raised floor is used by electrical and telecommunicational infrastructure. By making use of this available space for the air conditioning, the height of the suspended ceiling can be reduced to a minimum, yet eliminated completely.
The result is up to 10% height savings.
