Delbag® Filter Frames for Ceiling Installation
This filter housing consists of sheet steel with powder-coat finish (colour shade RAL 9010). A shut-off flap can be installed in the intake-air fitting at the side. The flap, which closes airtight, can be operated manually or electrically (as per DIN 1946, Part 4). The enclosure is equipped with a device that checks to ensure that the filter is seated airtight. It also has a pressure-gauge connection fitting, and a fitting for oil-mist passage. Various air distributors can be connected to the CGF ceiling air outlet by means of central of 4-point fastenings.
The CGF ceiling air outlet, installed with absolute filters, fulfils as final filter stage the function of high-efficiency separation of particle-formed pollution of all kinds, including microorganisms.
The model CGF ceiling air outlet is ideal for use in room-air treatment systems in hospitals, in accordance with DIN 1946, Part 4, for Room Class I, in the following areas: Type B operating zones, secondary rooms as part of surgical function units, intensive-care stations, and accident and emergency rooms. This model is also designed for effective service in clean rooms, and in facilities in the pharmaceutical industry, microbiological work, and the food and beverages industries. It is also highly effective in plants for the production of semiconductors.
