Delbag® Filter Pads and Rolls

Air-filter pads and rolls are made from synthetic, glass, or natural fibres. They are used for special application areas in ventilation and climate-control, to include the following: controlled-condition cabinets; air-intake filter systems for fans, compressors, and motors; filter systems for motor combustion air; and in room-air treatment systems.

    CTM, Filter classes G2, G3, G4

    Consists of polyester fibres with pronounced labyrinth structure and with progressive depth structure.

    Filter pad 1103/1104, Series 1000, Filter classes G3, G4

    High quality and unruled stored polyester-fibres with progressive extension in depth. They are unnetted, elastic and very often regenerable. The filter pad 1104 is equipped with an especially flattened fresh air side to assure a good degree of separation and dust holding capacity upon low decrease of pressure difference.

    VENUFA 290, Filter class G3

    Consists of polyester fibres with progressive depth structure.

    FIBROIDELASTOV, Filter class G3, G4

    Robust fleece made of randomly structured polyester fibres with progressive depth structure.

    Filterband 412, Filter class G3

    Consists of highly elastic, progressively spun glass fibres. The density of the filter material increases towards the clean air side. High dust holding capacity is achieved by wetting the fibres with an antibacterial and water-resistant dust binder.

    Filter pad 1005, Series 1000, Filter class M5

    High quality fleece with high dust holding capacity and low increase of pressure difference. The fleece consist of unruled stored, non-breaking polyester-fibres with progressive extension in depth and compression from fresh air side.

    Filter pad 1003/1004, Series 1000, Filter classes G3, G4

    High quality and unruled stored acryllic resin bonded polyester fibres which are woven to a very sturdy fleece with progressive extension in depth. The elastic and unnetted filter bed is very often regenerative.

    ACELAN, Filter class M5

    Consists of thermally bonded polyester fibres, the elastic medium is progressive, and is constructed with compression on the pure-air side.

    FIBROIDELASTIC, Filter classes G2, G3

    Consists of latex-bonded, randomly structured natural mixed fibres with uniform depth structure and great intrinsic stiffness.

    MY-STOP 500, Filter class G4

    Consists of polyester fibres that have been spun to produce a very robust fleece with progressive structure. The especially smoothed pure-air side prevents migration of fibres and assures great dust-storage capacity.

    FIBROBAND, Filter class G3

    Consists of fine, randomly structured polyester fibres. The filter layer is constructed on a stiff, tear-resistant polyester gauze. It is mounted on a cardboard spool with insertion sleeve for the DELBAG system.

    PERFEKT, Filter class M5

    PERFEKT-300 consists of superfine, thermally bonded polyester fibres with progressive structure, and with compression on the pure-air side. PERFEKT-600 is wetted with a bond-active agent, and its pure-air side is reinforced with a latticestructured fabric.
