Air-filter elements with pleated micro-glass-fiber are designed so that the number and the height of the pleats are optimally matched to operational conditions. The correct distance between the pleats is maintained by separators or by the HotMelt pleat technology. The pleats are integrated into various frame materials as folded packages in compact, intrinsically stiff form. The filter elements are used in general ventilation and climate-control systems, and for special applications such as the following: high-temperature filters in surface-finishing processes, oil- and emulsion-mist separation, and high-quality pre-filters in clean-room areas.

    MultiPack, Filter classes M6, F7, F9

    The steel frame is corrosion-resistant as a result of an RAL 9011 surface finish. In the system frame, the filter inserts are inserted with a magnetic-strip seal, in V shape. The pleated filter packs are glued airtight in a moisture-resistant carton frame.

    AeroPlus 8107, 8008, 8108, Series 8000, Filter classes F7, F8

    The filter elements are made of polyester micro glassfibre fleece (F7) or micro glass fibre fleece (F8) which is folded after the latest hotmelt-technology and cast into a formstable and break hindering ABS plastic-frame. The filter element AeroPlus 8008 is equipped with aluminium grids on the clean air side as burst protection.

    Filter cell 3007/3009, Series 3000, Filter classes F7, F9

    The filter cells are made of micro glass fibre fleece, folded after the latest hotmelt technology, which is fused with polyurethane substance into a coated wooden frame. The filter cells' special merits are their high dust holding capacity and a stable pack construction.

    Filter element 6011/6013, Filter classes E11, H13

    The filter cells are made of a micro glass fibre glass which is folded after the latest hotmelt-technology and fused airtight with polyurethane-substance into a coated wooden frame.

    Filter element 6113, Filter class H13

    The filter cells are made of a micro glass fibre fleece designed with aluminum spacers which is fused airtight with PU-substance into a wooden frame. The suspended particle filter is characterized by the compact and stability.

    Filter element 6213, Filter class H13

    The filter cell is made of a micro glass fibre fleece which is folded after the latest hotmelt-technology and fused airtight v-shaped with PU-substance into a wooden frame. The filter is characterized by the compact and stability design and the low pressure drops.

    AeroPlus 6513, Filter class H13

    The filter elements are made of micro glass fibre fleece which are folded after the latest hotmelt-technology and are cast into an aluminum frame. The filter elements' special merits are their compact and stable construction with low pressure difference and high air flow.
