    Filter pad 1203 / Coalescer, Series 1000

    Made of continuously filament glass fibres and have an increasing density from dust to clean air side. This provides the filter pad with an open structure on the air inlet side and a firm laminate backing on the air leaving side. Due to the usage of a special binder the thickness and elasticity of the filter pad will be maintained even when saturated with water.

    Filter pad 1303, Series 1000, Filter class G3

    Made of continuously filament glass fibres and have an increasing density from raw to clean air side. During fabrication the fibrous material is treated with a special dustbonding wetting agent. This design provides the filter pad with an open structure on the air inlet side and a firm laminate backing on the air leaving side. The unique design enables the entire thickness to be utilized and promotes in-depth filtration enhancing the collecting and efficiency capacity.

    FIBROBAND, Filter class G3

    Consists of fine, randomly structured polyester fibres. The filter layer is constructed on a stiff, tear-resistant polyester gauze. It is mounted on a cardboard spool with insertion sleeve for the Delbag system.

    Filterband 412, Filter class G3

    Consists of highly elastic, progressively spun glass fibres. The density of the filter material increases towards the clean air side. High dust holding capacity is achieved by wetting the fibres with an antibacterial and water-resistant dust binder.

    Synthetic-fleece bag filter 4004-4008
    Series 4000, Filter classes G4, M5, M6, F7, F8

    The bag filters 4004 until 4008 are of fine synthetic fibre fleece and processed to wedge-shaped filter bags. They are safely fixed and air tight closed to the frame made of plastics by clamping technology. Range spacers effect a high dust holding capacity which leads to a long lifetime. ​Another design advantage allows the filters to be fully incinerated, as the filter construction contains no fibreglass materials.

    Synthetic-fleece bag filter 4104-4108
    Series 4000, Filter classes G4, M5, M6, F7, F8

    The bag filters 4104 until 4108 are of fine synthetic-fibre fleece and processed to wedge-shaped filter bags. They are safely fixed and air tight closed to the galvanized u-profile steel frame by clamping technology. Range spacers effect a high dust holding capacity which leads to a long lifetime. Further advantages are given by the self-stiffening construction contending no fibreglass.

    Series 8000, Filter classes M6, F7, F8, F9, E10, E11, E12

    The filter elements are made of micro-glass fibre fleece which is folded after the latest hotmelt technology and cast into a formstable and break-hindering ABS-plastic frame.

    MultiCol EF60, DF60, EF90, DF90, Filter classes M6, F8

    The filter element MultiCol is made of hydrophobic micro fibre glass fleece and is equipped with aluminium spacers. The galvanized steel frame, selective with one-sided or double-sided flange (design EF or DF), is designed with protection against contact on the dust and clean air side.

    MultiPuls-W/F pulse-filter cartridges – air intake systems
    Filter classes F8, F9

    Air flow: 1,200 m³/h – 144,000 m³/h
    Areas of application: Separation of odors and gaseous pollutants cartridge filters, with their star-shaped, pleated surface filter elements that can be cleaned for further use, have been especially designed for severe dust loads, especially as they occur in arid zones of the earth. They are highly effectively employed for optimal treatment of the intake air for gas turbines, compressors, and motors.

    MultiPuls pulse-filter cartridges are available in models –W and –F for use in intake-filter systems.

    With pulse-filter cartridge MultiPuls-W, the filter insert, which contains no metals, is separate from the cartridge components that contain metal. The cartridge insert, which can be fully incinerated, can be exchanged – but the valuable, coated supporting basket can be further used. Filter-exchange procedures can be provided for all typically available modes of exchange: for example, with fastening by bayonet closure, crank, tripod, or direct threaded connection. Available standard filter media are cellulose, polyester, and meltblown.

    The solidly cast MultiPuls-F pulse-filter cartridge in its standard version is pressed against the bottom of the cartridge by a screw fastening.

    MultiPuls-WT depth filter cartridges, Filter classes F9, H11

    MultiPuls-WT depth filter cartridges are employed instead of pulse filters (surface filters) wherever the dust concentration is lower than 0.2 mg/m³, or when relative humidity is very high and the use of retention filters (depth filters) is advisable.

    The basic design of MultiPuls-WT depth filter cartridges corresponds to that of MultiPuls-W pulse filter cardridges, but the depth filters feature special fiber-glass materials as filter medium. As protection, prefilter bag cartridges made of special synthetic fleece are used. Depth filter cartridges have a star-shaped, pleated filer medium. They are used with moderate dust loads and small particle sizes for optimal cleaning of the intake air for gas turbines, compressors, and motors.
