What is a maintenance contract?
To ensure trouble free operation of your DencoHappel equipment and limit the unwanted down time, we recommend signing up for a maintenance contract. This will relieve you from worrying about setting up a maintenance team of your own and lets you focus on your core business. Our well balanced maintenance contracts offer you all flexibility to meet your demands.Our highly skilled service engineers will keep your units in top shape to guarantee optimal performance during the first years of their lifetime. You will benefit from preplanned maintenance visits to reduce downtime to an absolute minimum of even none. We will take care of your units and let you focus on your core business.

What is included?

Our service contracts are offered in 4 different levels to cater for all our customers:

1)Bronze
This kind of contract comprises attendance by a DencoHappel engineer to carry out routine maintenance on all items of a specified plant at predetermined intervals.
The agreed schedule would be determined by equipment criticality and use, budget constraints and site-specific factors as advised by the client.
This option includes: emergency support, with guaranteed response times depending on the region you are located in.


2)Silver
This offer provides bronze cover as described above and also includes: all labor costs for repairs, service calls, or remedial works.

 

3)Gold
Our Gold maintenance package covers all items included with silver cover and also includes: all consumable materials associated with maintenance such as air filters and drive belts.


4)Platinum
If you wish to have a bespoke all-inclusive service package, please contact our regional office for more information.

What is excluded?

  • Depending on your contract level, labor and parts may be excluded


What are the term & conditions?

  • Customer will run units at set in design specifications
  • Customer will not adjust any of the controls settings
  • Customer will not perform any maintenance, repairs, exchange of parts or consumables at own initiative and/or without notifying DencoHappel
